As much as I would love to see this work...I'm afraid we would end up like France after the revolution. heads rolling everywhere!! Some guilty some innocent. If you could keep it from ending up in a 'Mob Rule' type event then it would sure scare hell out of our one worlders who wish to rule by caveat!! I don't see any group of people being able to do any better then what the gov. is doing. The problems are with people. We are too diverse in our interests, there isn't enough common ground, we are polarized this way and that way by our biases, prejudices, and self interests...and we have no one providing us with a vision for the future that gives us with hope and a step by step set of goals so we can see the vision is being accomplished.

WTF are we doing? Where are we going? We've become a tribe of Fuckarewee's......saying to ourselves...."where the fuck are we." Even the government doesn't know who the fuckarewee. No vision, no purpose, nothing ahead but $7.00 a gallon gas, no jobs, poverty, and bankruptcy.

Obama talked about education out of one side of his mouth, and jacked up tuition's with the other side......causing students and teachers in 33 states to protest?

Why aren't the troops home?
Fuck Iraq and Afghanistan...look after your own boarders and your own people.
Why should students and the rest have to suffer because some pig headed war monger needed to flex his ego on the world stage?

There is only ONE that we can turn to for hope. We can't trust in man or the .gov..

Unfortunately, He can only be approached with a heart of Humility...and most are too proud.

I agree with most of your critiques to this plan and my answer is that only educated responsible people like us would even care to pick up a law book and make this happen.

For example, I was picturing 100 people showing up per court house, with 10% of us being educated enough to present a case. Us 10% would bring the charges, the evidence, and the conviction. The other 90% would be the jury and vote. That 90% would also experience a grand free public education, courtesy of the conviction of the 10% educated. We would ALL learn something in the process of the great purge of criminals and it would bring our country back to "United We Stand". Also, the world would respect our courage and conviction because we would be focusing on the common criminals that we all despise.
