You guys are hilarious. I live in a small town close to Norman. Try to avoid Norman altogether on game days. The nut house is in Norman and Oklahoma decided a few years ago to quit paying for the psych meds for these homeless people (homeless because they don't take their psych meds-good thinking lawmakers! ). You can walk around Norman and see people talking to themselves, swatting at imaginary foes in the air.

Saw one guy marching rather smartly down the street wearing nothing but a pair of cowboy boots and carrying a plastic sword, waving it purposefully as he marched. College students and drugs= .

I made a post over on ATS about famous Okies and we have quite a few colorful characters from here. Of course, once they get rich and famous they leave. Quite a few Okies here on this site.

Even in his messed up condition the guy in the article had enough conscience to attempt to offer a recompense for what he knew was wrong. Gotta give him a little credit. (very little)
